Sad that those who SIT BACK and DO NOTHING always CRITICIZE those who THINK and COME UP with SOMETHING. Can the CRITICIZERS give the THINKERS a chance?

What if the professional CRITICIZERS had managed to make the Suraya guy to stop THINKING about his peripheral projects like his multibillion Fourways Junction?

Criticism s part of life, and in some quarters welcome. It helps one think. It is your enemies who'll be singing your praises even when you falter

Skepticism has cost me millions. Some years back I refused to buy a plot hapo behind TRM Roysambu at 750K thinking it was thuggery and now the prices are 14m. And those who have put up flats are making 700k per month. Too much caution isn't good for business.

FYI boda boda guys are owning homes by contributing just 50 bob.

Many thanks for sharing your personal experience and for a very relevant 50 bob link.

it is fitting that you mentioned suraya in your iil-thought comment. they currently have several projects way past their completion dates and all they have are unfulfilled promises to kenyans who had invested their millions with them. and they have no money to refund those who want to pull out despite the agreements allowing them to pull out.
