Maraga need RETIRE

parliament can't remove any judge...and this explains the bravado..but if parliament could pass vote of no confidence, that will be symbolic and the affected will have to do àlot of soul searching and coyld even exit

Who vets creation of JSC?

I am of the strong opinion that Maraga should be revisited.. the deputy can stay..

Some people are in JSC by the virtue of the position they hold.

I actually could not believe that he called a presser for that nonsense. He seems so intimidated by CSs...who are "threatening" him that he will be out of office. Now surely, the office of the CJ has security of tenure no?

I actually thought he was coming to tell us that the JSC has asked the D-CJ to step aside...

I also couldn't believe my eyes and ears. It reminded me of "kapeti nusu nusu bila hata choo " nonsense years back. I was hoping he could have declared that justice will prevail with or without the full budget. useless fellow. This people however noble we might think they are, they are all drunk with power . He must resign.
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

I watched him in Youtube for about 3 minutes but I couldn't continue wasting my time listening to him, it was too low for him.
A crying CJ, ...that was his version of the infamous 'sasa mnataka mimi nifanye nini' qoute.
The history will judge Maraga very harsly for letting Kenyans down.
....He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion..

I watched this clip yesternight and realised that this man has lost his vision on the judiciary and now is more focused on status symbols. I was very very dissapointed... A whole CJ calling a presser to cry over a VIP lounge at JKIA surely??? I now understand why the judiciary operate like they do... There seems to be a leader focused on visiuals than performance. Atleast CJ Willy built courts around the country, what has this fellow done?
He needs to leave office now before he sends us down the rat hole.
