Does anyone know where this land is located in Mavoko ?? This pilot phase is likely to be done SGR style. 8,000 units. That would be twice the size of Nyayo Embakasi.

Twisted Copy and Paste Extract

Quote:
It seems as though, through the new Eurobond issue, the current administration is pushing debt maturity to 2024, when it will no longer be their headache to address.

Well aware that their tenure ends in 2022, it is fair to ask whether the Jubilee administration is right in pushing debt repayment beyond their tenure.

The final concern with the current Eurobond issue is that it will saddle the country with substantial future debt.

I hope Uhuru can learn from the resignation of Zuma and now the Ethiopian PM- he must deliver concrete economic progress instead of pursuing grandiose debt funded projects. This benevolent dictatorship manenos is just pure nonsense. Impoverishing the masses is a one way ticket to a tattered legacy and oblivion.

Stay alert so that we can do what? Make money together with them or watch them make the money.
