African leaders award gets no winner

What a shame!

Mo is joking with people, why can't he give the award money to other deserving African leaders that have made a difference, that decision will always be subjective!!!

One Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta will be a recipient of this award when the time comes.which African leader willingly passes power, goes to ICC and clears his name? Which incumbent accepts to repeat elections after a win? Kweli ama uwongo?

awards are never about the money... you can walk into nairobi sports house - buy one! have it engraved and place it on your sitting room. it's all about 'winning' by being the best you can be and beating others at the same.

I totally agree. If he is serious or has the cash to give out, then the money should be philanthropically distributed to deserving charitable organisations. If he's confused about these as well he can check out the CNN Heroes project to know which ones are most deserving. After all, our African leaders are too rich to go after such little money.
