In some Saharan African countries that I am familiar with (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya) cancer is the second most deadly non communicable diseases with a very high death casualty. The first is cardiovascular diseases. The wazua spirit as members is to educate and inform and learn from others within the limit of what we know in any chosen area irrespective of our differences in tribes, nationalities, etc. .

As at 2014 statistics available to me the death rate is as follows on cancer related ailment. Kenya. 40,000 per year Ghana. 31,000 per year Nigeria. 98,000 per year. As the death date per population, Kenya unfortunately is the highest. In a nutshell two basic reasons are the risk factors for any type of cancer 1. diet:- High intake of acidic foods rather than alkaline foods 2. sedetary life style which implies lack of exercise. Besides the cost, if you know the pains during treatment (chemotherapy) and adverse effect of drugs that cancer patients are exposed to, you will not wish even your enemies to have cancer. Every spheres of life are guided by principles . We learn and adher to most other principles to be successful in life but we deliberately ignore to study and consciously follow health principles The wazua spirit as members is to educate and inform and learn from others within the limit of what we know in any chosen area irrespective of our differences in tribes, nationalities, etc. .

As earlier stated just as we have FI- Financial Intelligence(Investments. Entrepreneurship) there is also Health Intelligence(HI). Life is not worthwhile without HI.
