I know kameme can't tell you this but kajwang was charged with this exact offence. He was released in a 50,000 bond.
There is also hierarchy within the courts. A resident magistrate in kajiado is at the bottom of the food chain. Let me get the right Kikuyu word for hierarchy and get back.
