Let us be honest, Uhuru has few of such guys lakini RAO, it is the whole team that is rotten.

Maraga publicly declared that he has no power to tell any judge or magistrate anything. He said this in Mombasa when asked about the Raila swearing in and I am sure NASA and their lawyers felt that was very wise at the time.
