Yes that's POST NL tracking.I found a similar shipt under TNT uk tracking..
Did PostNL pick up your shipment from China?
Did you give the correct address?
If someone else picked it on arrival who is liable?
Go after Post.NL and get them to confirm collection and delivery to the right address.
As far as you are concerned Mwangi doesn't exist.Your shipt.is missing.

I sincerely feel like you complicating this or you may be prejudging, let me share why...
@essyk has done nice to track that delivery code, but you need to realize that they don't always use TNT, some times they have delivered to me via EMS, some times via Crazy weird companies..

Secondly, I want to disagree with you Otieno that it was stolen by Posta let me explain why.

There was a time they were supposed to deliver a package to me, i was not in Nairobi i had gone out for some holiday. The guy brought the package to where i lived and gave the guards at the gate the package. But they had to sign on some electronic machine and input the name. NOTE; it was delivered and the guard put the name "Mr XX".
When i went online it indicated delivered Name "Mr XX"

My Guess: This is what exactly happened to your package, it was delivered and the guy put the name on the electronic machine and promised to give you because he convince the carrier guys he knows you (probably at the office or werever.. ). The guy later realized he is holding something pricey na ni Njaanuary. This has happened severally, during delivery, i am 80% this could be the case and the guy Mwangi exists. Also when my small siblings ship in stuff through my parents Posta, the delivery always indicate the name of whoever picked up the parcel, not the owner of the parcel.

To be sincere i don't buy the storyline that Posta staff stole it. At first i always thought so when parcels delayed but over the years iv come to realize Posta rarely steal, my argument is purely that me, friends..colleagues have shipped so many flashy, petty, big, small things,(remember also customs opens) and nothing has ever dissapeared, my pals always use them, my sibbling shop on a monthly basis. NONE has ever been stolen by Posta.

Why not just load this cost with the lightinthebox and demand a reship, tell the chinese you dont know "Mwangi"

All you have said are possible scenarios. However, in this case, I am certain it was stolen at poster! I did a formal complain to them and they requested for a day or two to investigate what happened.
Look at the tracking I posted. Of key interest look at the following entries;

2018-01-25 16:45 NAIROBI C/QS, Final delivery, Delivered to: JOSPHAT MWANGI
2018-01-25 16:45 NAIROBI C/QS, Arrival at delivery office (Inb)

When a package arrives at delivery office, they send you the ‘green card’ notifying you that you have a parcel at the post office. You receive this and present yourself at the post office. Your package is retrieved and you are asked to open at the customs desk to verify whether it is taxable. Now go back to the above tracking entries and explain how Josphat was able to execute all these in zero seconds? Note the package arrived at 16:45 and was collected by Josphat same date same time. The only explanation to this is to assume that Mwangi was a ghost!

Otienosmall I like the way you have followed up on this. It is great to see Kenyans standing up for their rights.

I agree with you on the Posta issue. Because I know how the shainis work in terms of delivery. Most of the time we agree with them that the parcel will be lost when a Kenyan touches it. So we always take pikshas of any deliveries from them to the moment a Kenyan touches them.

Never had any problems after pikshas are taken. At posta on the other hand, they will blame everyone but the Mwangi ghost. Lightinthebox is a very very professional company, they can't steal your 100 dollar box. Ask them to refund or resend and they will. Infact, send them a link to this post and they'll sort you out.
