It is very easy to think that wazua has become a propaganda army.

Guys, let the politicians play their games. Ask any business person about 2017 and I don't know of any who wants to repeat the foolishness in 2018.

Hii mambo ya raila and uhuru let's leave to those people and the people who get handouts from them. Otherwise, I doubt if the God's shall be so nice to us in 2018 if we go the same path of foolishness.

Where's that bitcoin thread. At least there I learn something. The green section has become matope to say the least. And I'm using kind words.
Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

Sometimes I love the way things play out. "Those who don't know their history are condemned to repeat it". That was greek philosopher George Santayana.

"Lets create the most ruthless and authoritarian system. We can model the flying squad to be the new special branch. Then hand over that system to William Ruto. And make sure there is nobody else from our community who can rise to the house on the hill "

Last time it took the great sons from Muranga ( Matiba and Rubia) to get back our nation from a ruthless despot who was waging war on the same people who gave him power.

What happens when that 3a.m. knock on the door will be in Thika ? When the subaru outback will be packed at Kenol waiting ? When kameme fm goes off ? Who shall we run to ??

I and my family will be smart enough this time. We will wait for the brave (and foolish) to sacrifice themselves like Matiba. And show up when the hunting is over, when its time to share the meat. We now know its not difficult to revise recent history. We shall recreate ourselves as heroes of the liberation.

Ngugi wa Thiongo in petals of blood told us " The land rewards not those who cleared it but those who come after it has been cleared "

In 1979, Moi announced he would take measures to redress the tribal inequality in the civil service. The Kikuyu were almost 50% in some govt offices. There was a massive demo in the streets of Nairobi with UoN students coming out in support of Moi. For doing the right thing.

Sorry I know this is not consistent with the Kameme gospel. You know, "tumenagirwo kiio gitu". They hate us because we are hard working.

ION i have seen the charge sheet for Kajwang. Two counts actually.
1. First is aiding the commission of a capital offence.
2. Unlawful assembly.

He has been given a Kes. 5,000 bond. For drunk and disorderly, the bond is usually higher.

Be kind. He is just reporting what Kameme has been preaching from January.

Omtata has already gotten the court order for the TV stations.

I am sure there will be a bill to revert to the old constitution.

.

Wasn't it unfair to have 1 tribe occupying 50% of civil service?

It was grossly unfair. Moi was just doing the right thing.
But a very powerful narrative in our home area is that we are hated because we are hard-working. That the others are lazy. It is the lie every kid is told. Even the wretched of the earth who live in slums still believe the lie. Not the truth, that we were not fair to others.

And so Moi became the bogeyman around which politics revolved for two decades. After Moi's exit, we got a new bogeyman. He has served our politicians well. But he is exiting the scene in 2022.

smile This word has a funny way of finding itself in the strangest of places. In all fairness though, just like start-ups are getting huge contributions in ICOs, moving forward it might be the way aspiring politicians choose to raise campaign funding. IEBC irregularities might be answered by a good (voter) blockchain, that marries all ministry personnel information.

Listen guys. We are going through a circus here. We just lost a whole 2017 because most of you could not get your noses off politicians asses. And you want to go there again? Lose another year. We have already lost this week.

On the issue of swearing in's that's an issue for the courts to decide.

On the issue of arresting someone for oath taking. Why not arrest the oath taker. What oath by the way?

On the issue of shutting down the media so that you can spread propaganda on K24. That's a low that even Moi did not take. Very foolish really because we now have the internet.

I honestly think that anyone who believes that it's ok for the media to be shut down is a lunatic. Boss, Uhuru now only has 4 years 6 months in his term. Shall we use KASS TV at that time?

Think dummies.

We should be brave enough to call this what it was:

This was the coronation of a Luo king/chief. After all, all who were administering were Luo elites.

BBI will solve it
