Baba has just secured a ticket to run against Ruto in 2022. The others are cowards. To hell with MOUs.

I think it was right for the police not to engage in violence but now that the oath has been taken, let the law be followed.

I am convinced an offence has been committed and the Director of Public Prosecutions should have a sufficient evidence to charge Raila Odinga and his co conspirators.

No you don't need to add 'people' since national presidents are usually for people.

BBI will solve it

Noted.

Now since you seem to be in the know, explain the clipboard.... is that the new instrument of power?

@Kusadikika, someone here said this swearing didn't not meet requirements having been done outside Constitutional window of 10am-2pm... so it is nothing. It is like standing at your gate and declaring you are the president of your home.

Can we now agree that NASA supporters are not violent ? Not a single incidence so far.

I am assuming mungiki has not been mobilized to attack NASA supporters as they head home like it happened last time.

I talked too soon. Violence in nyamakima and kirinyaga road areas. Perceived NASA supporters on the receiving end. I hope William Ruto is taking note. He is the only one who can finish mungiki once and for all.

Verbatim

"I, Raila Amollo Odinga, do swear that I will protect the nation as the people's president.. that I will be faithful ... so help me God,"

@Kusadikika,
The above means nothing and i think it's so ambiguous, no need to haul anybody to court.

Miguna has shown a lot of enthusiasm for Raila lately. This is after writing 2 books and spending a lot of time with Jeff Koinange hurling insults. He is suddenly Railas loudest supporter and chief instigator for swearing in.

I suspect nobody would be happier than Miguna for Raila to be arrested and charged. Think about it, this guy thrives on airtime and what would give him more airtime than a court case that involves Raila and that drags on for weeks or months. He is the classic example of a vulture. I am willing to bet that in 2022 he will be vying for a seat in Luo Nyanza on the basis of having fought for Raila.
