What's happening? Am I not watching NTV live right now? Elsewhere Capital news report that Melon is "still consulting" on whether to participate

Baba wants to appear after 2pm so that the oath is by law technically null and void. This will serve 2 purposes.
1. meet supporters' expectations
2. avoid treason charge
