EABL has borrowed sh.12.5bn and will use sh.2.5bn of internal funds to put up the facility.
Of the sh.12.5bn;60% or 7.5bn will come from Standard Bank Plc denominated in euros.
Sh.5bn will come from Stanbic bank Kenya denominated in ksh.

@Ericsson it's simply shocking that some wazua elders would play the tribal card on Luos and by extension Kisumu a city of great vibrancy. It's OK though..
