The writing is on the wall! Existing investors are waiting for the Open Offer and will simply not sell [/quote]
Only 5% of the shares can be considered float. GoK and KQLC are probably not allowed to sell unless they inform the CMA. KQLC may have a lock-in period as well.[/quote]

The restructuring became effective in the last quarter of the revised accounting period for KQ so all effects will carry over to Q1 JAN-MAR 2018 going forward [/quote]
