all the countries you mentioned have ratified the WHO framework on tobacco control. The framework covers advertising, promotion and sponsorship by tobacco firms, Packaging and labelling of tobacco products among many other things .....
the guidelines are restrictive....
have you looked at their book???....
You should and you will notice export to somali have increased .......
Sales of Tobacco products are falling in europe and will soon follow in Kenya and slowly and surely will fall in other countries .....
