The blue eyed boy of Ukambani politics a.k.a. Dr. Alfie a.k.a yule jamaa wa ma-movie has built a 26km tarmac road in 260 minutes which my rudimentary math-skills tell me is slightly over 4hrs. The emphasis in his message is the 10 mins per km.If he is to be believed-at that 'chap chap' rate,it would not take note than 4 months to tarmac his entire county.Not so?

Govt's both county and national should focus on infrastructure (not business), the entrepreneurs will do the rest.
