with his skills i believe Real-Madrid with triumph under mourinho Leadership...but the problem with the spanish league is that there are two teams (Barca and Real ) and the Rest so....anyway i wish him all the best...

Big ego goes to meet big egos! There is little doubt about Jose. He will definitely deliver trophies...maybe not all at once. But he will bag them.

The problem is whether real (or for that matter any club) can offer Jose anything long term that he would really be interested in (beyond being the only coach to win CL with 3 different teams.

What does Jose really want? Am starting to think that he wants to own a club.

Is it possible that Jose will string along real...make enough money coaching them and perhaps another team (national?) and then go buy a championship club and take it to the premiership? Just a thought!

Madrid is so desperate to 1)win la liga 2)win el classico home and away and 3)win the CL that they will give the Special one at least 2 seasons whatever the style of football he plays as long as he wins.

The only way Jose will flop at Real is if the owners, presidents,etc do not give him a free hand to run his team...And that is unlikely given the level of desperation for titles.

Benitez's future at anfield in doubt. Rumours are that he will be going to Inter to succeed Jose after Inter failed to lure capello. Benitez is not willing to stay at the Kop if there is no cash to buy new players, while on the other hand Gerrard is not willing to stay at the KOP if Benitez stays! So one or both Benitez or Gerrard will leave. Mmmmmmh! And Jose wants Gerrard(and/or Lampard, Maicon, Ashley cole, Diego Milito)!

Joe cole set to leave chelsea and be replaced by Benayuon. Gunners, spurs, man-u are interested in Cole. Would vote for the Isreali over the Briton despite him being older and lightweight.

As for chelsea...am wondering whether Essien will ever play the same way he used to. Or whether he will ever recover from his injuries?
