At the moment do not try jambo or KQ it's messy, 540 and the rest are okay. If you have to take a bus take modern, coast bus, mash or horizon I am going to bring a car so I cant drive. But I will consider the driving option in future. Looks exciting. @Euge, Would it not be much more economical and time saving to pay someone to drive the car to Nbi? It would cost you about 5k. Otherwise, if you have to drive back in the treacherous stretch, it's hectic. @Gathige, I have the time to go down and drive back. I pay myself they 5k. I agree that it will be hectic driving back but let me choose to live with that. Maybe I take some of the 5k and go for a massage (without extras). If you go for a massage worth "some", there is this guy who deals with sports men on Ngong Rd.... You will forget the fatigue, and ache nicely for a day or two. utabakisha change for a buffet lunch. @Muheani, tuhe(tupe) more details. Sports and deep tissue massage Kim 0722 709648 Ngong Rd. Copy + paste At times we suffer for lack of information. My experience with back/nerve pains followed by unending physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and pain killers at Nairobi hospital landed me to what I would by now call "appropriate" treatment. Through some friends, I met Mr. Kariakim who does thorough body massage with an aim of strengthening the muscles and enhancing proper blood circulation in the entire body. In case you would like to attempt him, you can reach him on 0722709648. He is based near Nakumatt junction and just next to the shell petrol station and right opposite Kenya Science. Caution: Be ready to persevere with severe pain for the first lessons. Can we also get a contact for a lady who does deep tissue massage Despite all the rave reviews, I would really be hesitant to being massaged by a man. That is just me. Those guys also have ladies too so you can ask to be done by a lady. The first time I was done by a lady, other times by a guy called Brian. No major difference in their styles of execution. I would even say it was worse/more painful with the lady. But I wouldn't really call what they do a massage. Its too serious business to be associated with the relaxation that comes with a normal massage. They work on your muscles proper. They are used to working on the rugby guys and other sports people like marathoners. https://reviewsasa.co.ke...ies-and-wellness-clinic
My mind has totally refused to leave the gutter If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Ehh...the bus to Mombasa made a stop at Ngong road. "The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.

Sounds like a popular Kikuyu song where a guy went to look for casual work but found love instead from the Mama of the house! "Things that matter most must never be at the mercy of things that matter least." Goethe

Damn, i decided to pass by at Kariakims.. i always love massage, and do it alot anytime i travel or im idle but a Caveat should be placed on their door "THIS IS NOT MASSAGE, its Physio". I have never even seen a man in all massage's iv been to, damn it was a Man, sema confusion galore. I realized this is serious business no happy endings or monkey business. I wouldnt advice anyone who is not active to try, on the flip side if you do some jogging, gym, active you need it SOOO MUCH.The guy tandaza you in a table and squeeze the hell outta your bone marrow. I jog alot, i had tight muscles and this was owesome BUT, shyt is painful. The worst bit was inner thighs. This was the most painnful part, real pain, i asked if its only me, they told me its worse for women since they have big thighs, some men cant handle it. This guy squeezes your thys not once, twice eight times or more, you think its ending he squeezes it again. Than God Brewbistro is next there. The logic is simple, accumulation of lactic acid leads to stiffness. So they elongate, stretch the muscles and press them hard, backbone posture aligning, body stretch, neck and legs. Its therapeutic. Back problems and sitting long hours is dealt with PAINFULLY LOL!! I repeat painfully! maybe its was my first time. Will i go back? Yes!! but i need to think about avoiding inner thigh squeeze first... I work so I can afford the amount of alcohol required to continue going to work
