From what I understand about brokers, I believe brokers negotiate the prices themselves so that they can get a chance to eat. I am not interested in eating that's why I'm giving anybody interested with the property the owners contact so that they can talk directly. I know the owner personally and I'm simply helping her to advertise it. So I'm not a broker
