But I will consider the driving option in future. Looks exciting. @Euge, Would it not be much more economical and time saving to pay someone to drive the car to Nbi? It would cost you about 5k. Otherwise, if you have to drive back in the treacherous stretch, it's hectic. @Gathige, I have the time to go down and drive back. I pay myself they 5k. I agree that it will be hectic driving back but let me choose to live with that. Maybe I take some of the 5k and go for a massage (without extras). Lord, thank you!

If you havent left, be prepared the buses are infested by bedbugs, roaches and mosquitos. Woe unto you if its raining along the way because the bus might be leaking "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. If you go for a massage worth "some", there is this guy who deals with sports men on Ngong Rd.... You will forget the fatigue, and ache nicely for a day or two. utabakisha change for a buffet lunch. @Muheani, tuhe(tupe) more details. Sports and deep tissue massage Kim 0722 709648 Ngong Rd. Copy + paste At times we suffer for lack of information. My experience with back/nerve pains followed by unending physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and pain killers at Nairobi hospital landed me to what I would by now call "appropriate" treatment. Through some friends, I met Mr. Kariakim who does thorough body massage with an aim of strengthening the muscles and enhancing proper blood circulation in the entire body. In case you would like to attempt him, you can reach him on 0722709648. He is based near Nakumatt junction and just next to the shell petrol station and right opposite Kenya Science. Caution: Be ready to persevere with severe pain for the first lessons. Can we also get a contact for a lady who does deep tissue massage Despite all the rave reviews, I would really be hesitant to being massaged by a man. That is just me. Those guys also have ladies too so you can ask to be done by a lady. The first time I was done by a lady, other times by a guy called Brian. No major difference in their styles of execution. I would even say it was worse/more painful with the lady. But I wouldn't really call what they do a massage. Its too serious business to be associated with the relaxation that comes with a normal massage. They work on your muscles proper. They are used to working on the rugby guys and other sports people like marathoners. https://reviewsasa.co.ke...ies-and-wellness-clinic
