You are mostly distorting argument. When the red cross did a massive drive on tree planting, it was about using their positioning and visibility to cause positive change. My point was about influence, not about who is toddler and who is grown up. If that be your argument, then it seems we have many kids in Kenya I rest I am happy

He's under directions from the executive and parliament and had to consult treasury, Central Bank, KRA World Bank, other nations, IMF, donors and banks just to mention a few. It's the worst job after Chebukati's and Boinet. I think Rotich has done very well.
