2.Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency of energy and resource usage(recycling)
3. Enhance forest cover
4.Implement the The Polluter Pays Principle.
5. Demonstrating compliance with regulations
6. Determining proper allocation of resources
7.Increasing the awareness of citizenry on environmental issues and understanding of impact of human activities on the environment
