That is a good observation.Kibaki himself was Finance minister.Saitoti as well- which was perhaps meant to give the impression that both were Moi's preferred successors at different points in time.He also dangled the same carrot to S.Nyachae.But that was in the old katiba.A resurgent Gideon would certainly rock jubilee.Just few months ago Salaat told us they were (KANU) in NASA ndani ndaani then we saw some photo in the dailies & rest is history
