As I said earlier, if the court had nullified the election based on the fact that it wasn't held in all constituencies, it would have given other leaders even from minority communities the power to blackmail Kenya in future.

So in 2022, it would have been some other sulking guy. Maybe Duale or Joho or Nanok employing violence to stop polls in their areas knowing the courts will require results from 290 constituencies

Thank God that precedent can't be used now

Outa and Rosemary Odinga also need to eat the consequences of storming the IEBC training center. A ban from vying for any elective seat for 5 or 10 years would be a good start.
Also, any other party, like that woman who was harassing that RO. This needs to be a red line, you can't cross or you get burnt.

When rao and company said there will be no election on 26th, and that they'd use constitutional means to achieve the same, they had ill motive and wanted to create constitutinal crisis by1) withdrawing in the hope that the court would stop or invalidate the election, and 2) causing violence to ensure no voting takes place in whole constituencies, in the hope that the court will invalidate election because election did not take place in 'every constituency'. Good the judges have seen through the smokescreen of hypocricy and deceit. Never again will someone try pulling such evil mischievous stunts to subvert the constitution

The good thing emanating from babas shenanigans/boycott is that the luo and luo votes DO NOT matter. Kenya will move on whether they vote or not. Their votes and "makelele ya chura" mean ZERO.
