Once he makes the whatever announcement, this keeps their supporters going for some time. When the flame dies, he will again propose to make ‘another announcement on way forward’. On and on till the next election.
If he get out of ideas, he will go on long vacation majuu and then come back with a bang.
He might also start another campaign to change the constitution.
All the above aimed at keeping visibility, before you know it, 2022 here we come.
