New Jokers rush to court to create another political crisis at the last moment.
They have been paid by Raila to raise the issue of elections that he rejected. Nasa cannot be enjoined as they did not go for elections
Maraga this time will close his eyes and call all these jokers majora!!!

This petition by Harun Mwau will be dismissed on grounds of technicality. It will not stand the merit of jurisprudence.

It's ok. We were all expecting it, even Uhuru said it when he received his certificate. But this time even baba knows this is going nowhere.

BBI will solve it

It's very worrying to see who Raila's bedfellows are. Harun Mwau and Jimmy Wanjigi have left me without a doubt that Kenyans made the right decision.

BBI will solve it

And because they are tying their knot on Safaricom, Brookside and Bidco for Nasa to shuzia their services and products, Mwau as a shareholder of Nakumatt will see all red in his return on Equity this time.....We can also go Uchumi, Tuskys, Chandarana, Eastmart, Naivash etc and say no to Nakuganeesh where 90% staff are Kambas

You disappoint me My Dear. This sentiment is conduct unbecoming of a regular at the Greens.

The Tusksys shareholders would consider such sentiments offensive, to say the least.

Jurisprudence or no jurisprudence this mwau case will be the first to throw out...by courts ordering fresh elections in 60 days, that in itself meant there were not going to be fresh nominations...in case of nomination, parties have to present nomination rules 3 months b4 nomination, and thereafter present names of nominated candidates 3 months prior to election date. That makes 6 months. Guys prepare swearing in on 20th

This one doesn't have the tight 14 days like the other one?
