Waiguru tears into Ndii, calls him a shameless liar, devoid of any facts. http://www.nation.co.ke/...6/-/9tkfl3/-/index.html
Quote:It should also be mentioned that it is a tad disappointing for Ndii, a PhD holder (from Oxford no less) to make outlandish statements without crosschecking his facts. The shouts by the Opposition and the likes of Ndii on the NYS have nothing to do with corruption but their fear of its successful impact on the ground and its implication on the 2017 election in favour of the Jubilee administration.

This obtained until Kenya’s economy crashed in the aftermath of the 1997 elections, just as Tanzania’s was taking off. By 2003, the gap had reduced to a fifth.
Tanzania’s economy has grown by 6.1 per cent per year since 1997, Kenya’s by 3.7 per cent.
If our economy had kept pace, it would be almost 50 per cent larger than Tanzania’s.
Instead, the Kenya’s economy took another political hit in 2008, narrowing the gap to less than 10 per cent.
Instead of a $55 billion economy, we’d be a $80 billion economy. This is the economic cost of tribalism.
I cannot call him a sycophant for his opinion, but he regularly plays with nos. to sensationalise his articles Does he forget that he served in the nusu mkeka govt? Uhuru's team has been in office for just 3 years. Hogwash Uhunye has been in government longer. He was in charge of Finance during nusu-mkate

Ndii writes quite well and his article are usually captivating to read. But one can not help realising that he is too much of a critic - sometimes beyond what is fair. I agree with him about the rampant and annoying corruption in Govt. But I disagree with his views insofar as bashing nearly all projects that we have. Now that he clearly identified himself as an opposition politician, we hence understand him from that perspective - he got to do what an opposition politician does. Could the NASA chief strategist, Ndii be the one who's behind the said "people's president" inauguration on 12.12? BBI will solve it :)

Kenyans had forgotten this guy. Why would Jubilee want to "build" him ? I say build after learning that Joho's tribulations last year were choreographed very well with 2022 in mind. David Ndii was detained during Moi error. This will be the best thing to happen to him right now. Just when he was staring at being irrelevant. A nice story from Kibaki days told by the late Mirugi Kariuki. He served as ass. min. Internal security. During a security council meeting, a sycophant mentioned that Reuben Ndolo had insulted the president. Kibaki said nothing but after the meeting Mirugi received a call from Kibaki. Kibaki : "Who is this Ndolo you people were talking about ?" Mirugi, " He is the MP for Makadara sir." Kibaki , " And why bring news about every barking dog to such an important meeting". End of story. Shall we ever get another like him ?

"From peace to pieces and from ballot to bullet. We are ready to pay the ultimate price."From his mouth. For those words alone he deserves some questioning.I would be happy to know who is "we".He sounds suicidal and should not take us along with him. Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

Madam Admin,
If this was 5 years ago, there could be Wazuans who would be looking at Ndii's arrest as a piece of a giant jigsaw puzzle that most Kenyans cannot and will never see. They would be driving the conversation trying to figure out where the piece belongs in the big scheme of things.
Make no mistake, the occasional ignoramus would crash the party, loud and uncultured, and the wise men would pull back. He (the ignoramus) would not even see the jigsaw puzzle let alone know where to place the puzzling piece. His grasp of issues was/is always karumaindo-ish. And he would claw back quietly to the dark hole of ignorance he came from.
And that is how wazua became the Runda of internet forums. When one of those "downtown" forums was closed, their members could not fit in here.
Now the wise men went quiet. And the "karumaindo" gang drives the conversations.
As auditors, we have a standard called ISA 570. It requires the auditor to assess the ability of an entity to continue operating as a going concern.
