Start from KAM pharmacy. Get the price. Then do some legwork. There are two medical equipment shops on Tom mboya. ( Monks & another whose name I can't remember). There is another one with better prices around globe round-about. Next to the famous kirinyaga flour shop. Most of these are chinese models below 6K.

On Argwings-kodhek road, there is a medical supplies shop opposite Radar security headquarters. Here you will get at a higher price but superior quality. Bought several items from these guys and they are reliable.

There are many sellers on OLX with prices as low as 3K.

Kam pharmacy on Harambee Avenue. They will give you advice on it's use and even a diet regime. Found their advice very useful some four years ago.

Even politicians need to watch their vital statistics. What with frayed nerves over the last couple of months!

My old man is not in politics but his pressure has been consistently high 160/80. He is been on medication so i needed to be taking his pressure while he is resting at home just to see if the hospital environment affects hi tests..

Even as you go ahead to buy equipment educate yourself and your folks on what is normal about the aging process. There are things that are the normal process of aging and do not require treatment.

@Rollins, Hope you got one. If not, try a shop a shop at fedha towers that distributes medical equipment. The guards at the ground floor will guide you. They have good German made equipment at not more than 5k. It's one gadget everyone needs as it can save a life.

As you buy the BP equipment, get your folks to eat pepino melon and mulberry plant leaves. The will help take care of their BP. Google and read more.
Lord, thank you!

I bought a wrist BP monitor from Jumia (global shipping) and it only cost 1500. I hear though that the wrist monitors are not as accurate as the arm band. The arm ones are available in pharmacies or you can also check online.
