Yeesss,...but does that law contravene the constitution?
Its like the way a person can give another power over his/her property, but not to take his/her life......

Maraga lives in Kenya.He saw what happened,he also knows what he did on Sept 1st was not right and caused doubts in his wisdom and legal knowledge,he is also aware the cost to the economy

Yote tisa he will not annul this elections.The "Mukoras"will be 2 Vs 4 but if Mohammed is around then 2 vs 5.

8/8 elections should not have been nullified .Jubilee must not take chances with the supreme court Maraga with his "strict adherence to the constitution" anaweza tuletea mambo


He won't. IEBC tried their best, the location was too hostile and 60 days within which the elections must be held were ending today.

BBI will solve it :)

If they annul it again, it will be an all out war. They have to think of consequences and public good. Country has to move forward. Maraga should not even entertain these petitions.
