 The presiding officer on this form has filed number of registered voters as 000. It is not possible to eradicate clerical errors 100%. This is Maraga's polling center btw......maybe giving him grounds for another silly annulment.

According to IEBC as at 5.00pm estimated turnout was 48% .... That's about 9.4 million voters.... Assuming 19.6 registered voters.
