I suspect he has been regretting his Sept 1st decision. He and 2 other Wakoras namely Witch Mwilu(today is the last day I shall call her a witch) and Lenaola did not know this thing will take a life of its own. They had no idea the magnitude of the problem they had put the country into. They took matters very lightly.

His voting speaks volumes and he has a job to keep not to mention his life.

Voting was tactical...thick heads cannot see this.
This is done to show he is not partisan so that when he void this election next week then he will not be called wakora court.

"All these confirm that we have a charade and not an election tomorrow." Raila Odinga said yesterday.

Today the Chief justice participated in the charade.

In your opinion, why do you think he should annul these elections? Every order ordered by the court was obeyed and followed. Voters turned out and voted while those who did not want also exercised their constitutional right. He will not overturn it because a section opted to stay out. They should have participated then gone to court but now, they cannot cry foul over a process they chose not to participate. It's like saying the referee was unfair to you in a match you did not participate in.

All they would have done is order a recount if transmission was the issue. Zero wisdom from the so called 'judges'
