Surely, can the Energy CS just return Dr. Ben Chumo back to the helm of KPLC and fire the incompetent person who is there now?!!! It's too much!!!

indeed. where i stay (na sio laikipia) we rarely have blackouts and if we do it is for a maximum of 10 minutes or so. when there was water rationing? used to just read about it. smile

So how do I get to State House and I'm not on the ballot? Only State House is immune to these new blackouts.

For some good reason Kenya Power has been very good this year, minimal blackouts, but yesterday and today there seems to be an issue, ama it's the overtime seeking guys
