Cash allocation for counties where leaders will interrupt elections to be withheld by the central government...haiya!!
Uhuru should not fall into this kind of thinking.
Moi did the same, viciously attacking Central Province's economy, leaving the formerly vibrant coffee, tea and dairy industries on their knees. Here was a president taking food and medicine from the mouths of peasants, and then going to Kabarak on Sunday to show us how Godly he was. Kenyans have forgiven him but I will never forget.
It would be sad if Jubilee now becomes Moi incarnate.
This victim mentality sense was a narrative propagated by politicians and other elite in the region to whip the populace into line accordingly - That Moi had singled them out for destruction!
The truth is during Moi era most if not all sectors of Kenya's economy stagnated.
Kicomi, Rivatex died and with it Cotton farming which supported farmers in Nyanza and Ukambani.
Coffee and Tea are also grown in other parts of Kenya
It is the same/similar victim mentality tool that demagogues like Raila are using today to appeal to peoples emotions.
