Revenue collection has been terrible the past few months the eminent deficit will have to be plugged mostly by domestic borrowing... bids off the yield curve will slowly start being accepted going forward.

Agreed. A substantial uptick in rates is way overdue. Cbk has been playing rope-a-dope long enough, about time the market tests his bluff on the yield curve especially now in a tight liquidity environment.
The main purpose of the stock market is to make fools of as many people as possible.
