Back in the village, people used to hide in the ceiling when thugs struck. This seems to be a common phenomenon, if the Oligarch can use the ceiling too. He is such a Kiguoya. With such a gun, he should have perched himself at a vantage point and snipped the cops one by one, and then dissapper in the skies in a chopper like an oligarch.
