If you are going to be an oligarch you had better have a constituency. In Kenya money is not enough, you need people. You have no power by just having money and living in your fortress in Muthaiga. If this guy was smart he could have ran as an MP for Mathare or Starehe or another place with a big slum then he could have been untouchable..
