Very legit. Uhuru will then have over 90% of the vote cast. Remember you do not count votes not cast in an election. As IEBC said, failure to vote is also your constitutional right but it does not remove from the process.

BBI will solve it

Jubilee have to ensure a high turnout because it is possible that IEBC might postpone elections in some NASA strongholds.

Results would still be declared if votes in those areas would not affect the results.

Many from the south are saying Raila is selfish and he's planning to bring down their son him. Muthama is being ignored now.

IEBC will have a difficult time chancing a fart in this case, ie hiring officiators, especially now with all the rumbling of the stomach. Kodele, kibs, nai kisumu dalla as whole is no no no to me, i can not risk my son or dota to be po, ro, clerk or whatever anywhere near this.Sad

Uhuru should not fall into this kind of thinking. Moi did the same, viciously attacking Central Province's economy, leaving the formerly vibrant coffee, tea and dairy industries on their knees. Here was a president taking food and medicine from the mouths of peasants, and then going to Kabarak on Sunday to show us how Godly he was. Kenyans have forgiven him but I will never forget.
It would be sad if Jubilee now becomes Moi incarnate.

A fairly simple and quick test of showing which counties create wealth and which ones suck wealth.

I foresee a challenge. Its election time. NASA followers on the streets. Chanting and throwing stones. Will Jubilee supporters really risk to go out just in the name of voting?

we jubilee supporters do not fear anything, its just that we are cool and talk less.
If NASA supporters think we fear them let them try to disrupt our voting of uhuru, we shall lock them in nyanza and slit them starting with useless orengo and their senile father! wakwende! we are tired! And its almost enough now!

Easy!!.....The President should declare a state of emergency from 23rd to 30th with shoot to kill orders for anyone defying the order. Meanwhile, someone should go to SCORK and pray that we recount the 8/8 presidential votes just in case nasa makes it impossible to vote in Luo Nyanza on 26th.

So how would voting happen in a state of emergency? With shoot to kill orders in place, who will dare get out of their house to go vote?

A house belonging to a secondary school teacher in Siaya county has been torched. Madam Jane Anyango was away attending an IEBC training when the incident occurred this evening.

The attackers, who were armed with crude weapons stormed the house and roughed up her husband, a Mr. Odhiambo, who fled through the back door with their two kids. One child was injured in the ensuing melee and is admitted at Ngiya Sub-County hospital.

Kuppet Siaya branch takes this opportunity to inform all colleagues to keep off all IEBC related activities for the time being. We will let you know if the situation normalises.

The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2016, 55B provide for postponement of elections in a constituency, county or ward there is reason to believe that a serious breach of peace is likely to occur if the election is held on that date.

It further states in part(3) that... "(Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the Commission may, if satisfied that the result of the elections will not be affected by voting in the area in respect of which substituted dates have been appointed, direct that a return of the elections be made"

Orengo knew what he was talking about yesterday. Elections for Nyanza might be held later if the turn out in Jubilee strongholds will not be high enough to render the Luo Nyanza votes irrelevant.
