Baba now says no refunds of paybill money. That all the money is already used. It was being used as it came in. That NASA is not a bank to pay people.

Haiya, this man is losing it. I thought elections are conducted by IEBC and not Jubilee? Anyone can print fake ballot.

BBI will solve it :)
