Why pull this crap when kids are in school? Parents will never forgive this man if the kids are affected or even hurt in the demos.

BBI will solve it

If this withdrawal leads to the cancellation of the poll, then this would theoretically mean any candidate for president including akina Aukot can cancel any election by simply withdrawing at the last minute which could theoretically keep Kenya in election preparations for eternity. If someone goes to court, it is likely the Supreme Court will reverse the Mutunga court's advisory opinion.

But IEBC chose to follow 2013 SC opinion. Thus,

Just the same way a press conference or advertisement announcing your candidature is not enough to make you a presidential candidate a press conference or advertisement is not enough to withdraw. You fill a form that you present to IEBC when you announce to enable you become an official candidate. Form 24A is the equivalent to withdraw and it must be filled 3 days after gazettement of the election.

It's time to go back to the Supreme Court again for an urgent interpretation. This time baba will be shocked. Not forgetting that all his demands are unconstitutional.

Luckily, ballot papers were going for printing today. They can now omit his name we move on.

I sent 50 shillings in the paybill number for the campaigns.
But the worst thing is that babu has just made the majority of the supreme court look like fools.

He has withdrawn and is about to catch a flight to london to enjoy your paybill money. Baba wins everytime he loses.smile
