Some enlighten me..What does it mean/are implications of being declared bankrupt in Kenya? This jamaa is a jogoo.He has in excess of 20kids and several women to feed.How will he take care of them?

This bankrupcy maneno is not a big deal, moreso here in Kenya. What the fellow is doing is avoiding to pay debts. His accounts may read a couple of thousands shillings but the figures will likely be high/very high for those whom he trusts....and most of his assets will be run by family,relatives and allays. Trust me, he is "bankrupt" but very far from being broke
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.
