Judges relied on ‘forged’ documents, says Chiloba

Electoral agency CEO Ezra Chiloba has suggested that the Supreme Court majority who nullified the August 8 presidential election relied on forged documents.

The CEO told special investigators on Tuesday the documents used by the judges were "a sharp contrast" to the documents the IEBC had presented to them.

Brother Hardwood, but he is the one who delivered the said documents to the court?

Court registrar switched them up. That's why she is under fire. She has a connection to orengo. Very corrupt man.

In the case filed at JSC there was a phonecall from Illuminati to the judges during the case saying how much was going to give them, they need another bloody story in Africa, seems they were supplying the "evidence".

Seems accepting and moving on is easy advise to give but very hard to receive....

Accept and move on has happened. If it were not so then things would have been different.

Emerging details are helping understand what went wrong and how to deal in future.

Accepted and moved on waiting for 26th October,2017.

Instead of the judges looking at the genuine and serialized forms that IEBC presented to court, the judges sub contracted the court registrar to go through the forms and make a report which they relied on for the judgement. Seems the registrar got forms from elsewhere and not those official ones presented by IEBC. But Njoki Ndungu actually went through the genuine forms and she confirmed everything was OK. This is the mother of all scandals and the SC may have to revise their ruling.

NB I also looked at all the form 34Bs uploaded by IEBC on their election website and all are in order. You can also check them out on the site. Here is the link.

if that is true, you only need damning verdict by a judicial commission of inquiry and almost the entire bench goes home, no questions asked

One of the things that will finish this country is "Uwoga" or indecisiveness. In my opinion this is worse than tyranny. A leader must be firm and decisive. The reason why you have a title CEO or Chairman is so that the buck has a place to stop. Make a decision and go with it. You might be wrong in which case let someone else go to court to stop you but you must have strength of conviction to act and act decisively. Appointing weak and indecisive characters to leadership positions is a recipe for disaster.

I have not always been a fan of Ruto but he has won me over on this one thing. This is the one guy who to me has shown true mettle of a leader. Another one was Michuki.

He was decisive then the court blamed him for nullifying the elections. So the courts need to be clear, the Maina Kiai case concluded that the results at the polling station are final. So he announced the results based on that. Now the SCORK in its detailed ruling said he violated the that same law and insisted that he should verify. So should he go back and tally all the forms 34A&Bs?
