Exactly..and that is where they will sort you out. They can go to KRA to sort it out on your behalf if you not like queuing. I recommend a cyber at Kenya polytechnic entrance.

Renewed mine on 3rd. The portal did not have any info on me, so I called the number indicated. I was asked for my C of C No. and file No. and my ID number.In 5 minutes i was able to log in and complete the renewal. BTW, i did it at my desk, no need to go to any cyber cafe.

I managed to have it renewed. On Wednesday a very helpful lady amended the error(wrong reference number) .

The below are under NTSA group.
MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION
1. Motor Vehicle Search ( Copy of Records)
2. Payment for a Duplicate registration book (Log book) / Change of Particulars
3. Payment for Transfer of Ownership of Motor Vehicle or Trailer
4. Payment for replacement of reflective number plates
5. Payment for Motor Vehicle De-registration
5. Payment for replacement of GK reflective Number Plates
