Ask yourself why they created new shares and the money.
Where did the sh.3.5bn IFC money go/how was it spent.

More dilution of an already overpriced share.
Maybe investors are paying a premium into future forecasts of growth of the company.

Did they create new shares? It doesn't mention so unless I am mistaken.
Secondly Munga has those shares from Mauritius, could it possibly be those shares that are being bought?
Too much speculation abounds.
