And the former premier wonders why he never wins elections..... He shouldn't resign. These guys are bullies and their demands are endless. Obviously they're not happy that Kenyans have been peaceful so this is the start of their plan to create anarchy Mass action on Tusday to eject Chiloba. They said they want teargas and bullets. Sadly Baba is not ashamed to use his supporters as cannon fodder. Kalooser, mdvd and billboard are shouting mass action but no Kambas or Luhyias will join the mass action calls. Kambas are not stone throwers and Luhyias will not eject their own. It is very unfotunate that Luo blood will be shed on Tuesday. Life is short. Live passionately.

The government has given the opposition too much leeway.Chilobae should not resign. Kwani Raila ni nani? in fact, we can swear in the President tomorrow and instead of spending 10b on an unnecessary election, we spend less than 10m on teargas.

Can you imagine the destruction of property which will take place from tomorrow? Of course they don't want an election, otherwise, they would not be making unrealistic demands. It is also interesting that right after the supreme court judgement ,they started talking about a constitutional crisis if elections are not held within 60 days. All these shenanigans by ODM are about making sure that elections do not take place. I am happy

All these shenanigans by ODM are about making sure that elections do not take place. Govt should provide security so NASA can picket peacefully every day if they so wish. Sometimes, Aliar thinks we are in 2016 (when he kicked out IEBC), other times he thinks we are in 2007/2008 when he forced a coalition govt. Since we only have about 5 or so weeks to election, we can do with 5 weekly protests, unlike 2016 when aliar could go on with demos for ever so govt was forced to concede. But we also know he wants a new secretariat in place not for any good reasons but so that they can bungle the elections due to inexperience, and then have elections voided by SC again. We should not fall for his trick. What we know is that IEBC MUST conduct an election within 60days since this is a court order. If they dont they go to jail, period. All we need (1) IEBC to ensure they go through the SC ruling with a tooth comb and ensure all loopholes that caused the nullification are sealed. (2) Parliament to re-work the election laws to eliminate electronic transmission of results (aliar will for ever claim there was hacking and servers should be opened if we use electronic transmission). 3) JP should start campaigns full throttle. As aliar demonstrates in Nairobi, highly powered JP delegations should be campaigning in his strong holds esp western, coast and ukambani.

Also this time they should seal all access roads leading to anniversary towers. Let them contain demonstrations to the outskirts of town

Let them go make noise, it should remind the "short memory" public about Isaac hassan team and many other Innocent young educated gentlemen and women who have lost their jobs due to raira mouth of lies, and replaced by tribal goons who don't know what a server or email is yet earn millions per month arranging tenders as young jobless Kenyans suffer, watch what makes your shares useless as you spend ages yapping about fiscal policy in blue section, a wage bill loaded with illiterate tribal goons, the youth are watching, they have experienced this ujinga in, work, school, life and it affects them, they are now burning schools when they see raira burning stuff out there, spotlight will be on them soon, let's just count the ballots, kwisha! The stupid Judges should have just walked into any of the small cyber cafes in town in private time for a neutral lesson on servers, some semi-idler youth would have explained to them up to issues of encryption and other server side operations e.t.c which they surely have no idea about, they are somewhat " illiterate " in today's world and not LEARNED, but very illiterate judges.
