(2) Parliament to re-work the election laws to eliminate electronic transmission of results (aliar will for ever claim there was hacking and servers should be opened if we use electronic transmission). 3) JP should start campaigns full throttle. As aliar demonstrates in Nairobi, highly powered JP delegations should be campaigning in his strong holds esp western, coast and ukambani.
