Am I the only one struggling to understand how anyone can defend an election where results were declared without over 11,000 Forms 34As, which account for about 3.5 million votes? An election where 3 days after the declaration of the results, IEBC's Chiloba admitted that they were still unable to produce form 34As? An election where the Court Registrar is now in possession of 41,541 form 34As, while in the IEBC data, there are 40,883 registered polling stations? An election where Muite himself could not explain in court why so many forms lacked security features and when questioned about Nyali in particular, just gave a shocking blubber? An election where IEBC, given the perfect opportunity to debunk the petitioner's claims by opening the servers, declined? Seriously? Am I the only one struggling to understand? As Jubilee once told Raila, this is not a banana republic. Cases are determined based on the evidence adduced in court. If there's anyone they should be mad at, it should be IEBC. The anger is being directed towards the wrong people.

I am very disappointed in the IEBC and Uhuru's lawyers. How difficult was it for them to peruse the documents like Njoki did and challenge NASA's evidence? Were they overconfident?

They had print outs, Njoki may have originals

Also time factor d'oh!

They only had to peruse the documents already tabled by NASA as fake or forged. How long would that have taken?

But wao! that was a job well done. Any petition coming after this will be thoroughly scrutinized. Because there will be one. Ata zile za machinani, some lawyers have now taken points and notes.

Table your verifiable evidence. Stop going round in generalities.

So as they conduct a new one, IEBC will hang on this:

THERE was no evidence adduced in court to find any criminal culpability on any Commissioner or staff of the IEBC....

This being the highest court, does it shut NASA's intentions to have some people out plus take them to jail?

How can they claim there were illigalities and that they they found no one culpable of any crime. Contradiction

The 3 guys who were fired -Muhati, Wamae and Mugo should get their jobs back ASAP. The supreme court has spoken and said they are safi kama pamba.

We were having a discussion on how maybe the nullified presidential polls have maybe increased investor confidence because of the checks and balances that are displayed by our constitution. But today I think it's vice versa because now investors also can see the supreme court is rogue and is under the control of unseen forces or individuals and nobody is safe.you can loose your investment because of small technicalities and processes.
We are all doomed.

The SC committed an illigality. They ordered the scrutiny of forms on uncertified copies and made a ruling based on a report of the uncertified copies without reference to the original certified copies

I hear with Prof. Ojwang's polished English, many Jubilee supporters are still confused whether he was with them or not....
