Have not had a chance to watch but from comments here Njoki and Jackton know their stuff.

Now will this not be seen as insurbodination. When the Juniour gives a comprehensive report compared to her boss?

I think the way out is for Maraga to convene a stakeholders meeting to agree on the way out.Not sure even repeat elections is necessary now.

Professionals and church leaders and friends from outside must seat and arbitrate this matter.

Has any issue been raised about the Kiems kit and the service provider?

Nothing on KIEMS.

Njoki says the form that Lenaola questioned about serial numbers - Nyali, had serial numbers , was signed, was stamped, was printed on landscape as opposed to portrait.

Kisauni - 4 pages with serial numbers, signed, stamped signed by 6 agents.

Likoni- Signed, bears serial numbers etc.

She has gone rocketman

This is serious and needs more scrutiny

So where does this leave us.Do we go on and accept this judgement by maraga ama kanuke?

Wah! This is very serious. It lends credence to the suspicion that the rulings by the three judges was written for them. No wonder Smokin is MIA. He's ashamed!

Prediction: Tutarudi kwa debe. Kamwana will win. SC will be put under the guillotine.

Very brilliant judge this Njoki Ndungu is. Seems she is the only judge to have reviewed all the election related materials that were submitted.

Never knew that a person could be soooo petty in the midst of such an important constitutional and national judicial decision. Your dad should have withdrawn instead of kumwaga ndani then we wouldn't have had idiots interrupting our concentration on Justice Njoki's learned decision.

Maraga must have spent all his 21 days masterbating in the office on the internet with a jerry can of diesel, dancing tibim and swinging his nyetis in officr, jinga type of senile mzee! We need to know his reasons for nullyfying, we got zero, just mambo ya "power", not a single specific, no total of votes that would affect anything, silly wanker of a mzee only 20k votes affected. This is witchcraft result's

So maragae has said if elections are repeated on 17/10 and just one polling station without 3G network in lokichogio is unable to send a scanned form 34B, then he will also declare the election null and void. Just what is this mad-dog judge smoking? Seems this upuzi will continue for the next 100yrs.

What was so difficult in ordering the opening of ballot boxes from all 41,000 polling stations and recounting the votes? That is what common sense dictates.

They celebrate the ruling, but conveniently ignore the part of none of the officials were found personally culpable and goes to insist they will pursue them. Anyway...

Fact: Kenya is the only country in the world with election results and scanned forms from MCAs to president publicly available online for verification. Then some rogue korti bandia says that all that is null and void.
