Ojwang: The petitioners only averred qualitative anomalies instead of quantitative ones despite being granted access to all Form 1A's on 14th August...meaning there were no quantitative anomalies even from polling stations that the petitioners had agents

Professor Ojwang' yawa!!!! Even Luos who disagree with his ruling will not fail to marvel at the precision and incisiveness of that judgement. Maraga may have delivered the ruling but the best reasoned judgement by a mile was Prof. Ojwang's.

It is clear from the ruling there was nothing untoward to warrant nullification of the Presidential Elections. It is also clear there was some biasness(is there such a word) in the judgement. Now that we are here, how do we get out.The ruling was done and that cannot be reversed. Maragya Mragai has the silver bullet to sort the mess out.

Are we expecting any further instructions or its just reading of the full ruling? Have they finished? Any word on the guilt of Safron Ngai! The world must be laughing at us. Ojwang' is really taking the other judges to school. As a judge you just cannot hear one point from one side and then pivot on it to arrive at a decision. You must hear from all the parties involved and then weigh them and make a JUDGEMENT. From his reading you can tell that he listened to the petitioner even more closely than Maraga and Mwilu. He also listened to all the respondents.
