This Smriti interview is boring.

I stopped where Babu said that the demonstration against the SC by Jubilee supporters was unfortunate. He even lectured Uhuru on the independence of the SC. I had to look closer just to confirm they were not interviewing an impostor.

Thats how we felt/feels whenever Uhuru or Ruto spoke on interview urging NASA and Raila to go to Court when aggrieved.

You cant order kids in the whole country to resit their KCPE exams just because a certain exam invigilator at e.g karachuonyo primary school forgot to stamp the form accompanying the exam scripts at his school, or that he forgot to sign the form. It beats logic and is the height of stupidity to order >1m kids in the whole of kenya to resit the exam just because of that discrepancy.

Then the 'unlearned" judge tells the exams body KNEC that exams are a process, and that they weren't conducted as per the law and constitution which says all "exam return forms" must be stamped and signed, and therefore they should offer new exams within 60 days.

Or all exam results be cancelled because 20 out if 10000 students received a wrong grade in the SMS, an SMS with the wrong index number, and that a hacker interfered, yet the exam is manual, the results are marked manually and when all us said and do e the issue of the 20 students was eventually resolved he failed with D-
