Part 2. He has explained everything very well mpaka chebukati's username and passwords. As he said you didn't expect chebukati to sit behind a computer and do clerical work of downloading forms from the field and thus the responsibility had to be delegated to officers within iebc. Just like you dont expect the ceo of a company to be the one receiving invoices and delivery notes from clients.

So I work with my CEO in the same company but I still need his/her log in details to download and upload some official documents?
In rural areas when a child's head was full of makamasi the mother would make him sneeze terribly by blowing some concocted dry powder from the leaves and roots of some type of shrub.
Hardwood, you need this therapy to remove those kamasis clouding your brain...if you really believe such kind of explanation.
Surely how old are you?Even Duale can reason better than this.

But its on record that the director ICT actually wrote to Chebukati to inform him that they had opened an account on his behalf and 2 officers would be handling the day to day activities regarding the account ie downloading forms, verifying, updating, uploading to public portal etc etc. Did you expect chebukati to sit behind a computer for 1-2 weeks non stop to receive forms and upload the same to IEBC public portal? The IEBC is an institution, not a one man ran kiosk.

And FYI in many organisations its the secretaries, Personal assistants who handle the bosses official accounts, downloading and uploading official documents, and even replying to mail on their bosses behalf.

Somebody told me that there wouldn't be any Sudan were it not for the Arabs. I disagreed with him then, but the subsequent nilotic blood bath in South Sudan has proved him right.

The arabs made Sudan into what it is, amid great resistance from those belligerent fellas. In fact, ask any South Sudanese. Life was far better in a united Sudan, until hell broke loose when the savages were left to their own nonsense.

Hope your helmets are on.
Me what drives me up the wall is some Human Rights that they claim to fight for which seem only understood by them.Have you ever noticed Trade Unions are headed by them?

The thought of everything must be got by force is so archaic.Yet when stuff hits the fun they cannot even fight the best they do is run and throw stones from far.

Seriously you guys reason like this. Sad Sad Did you guys grow up in the villages? I wouldn't expect this kind of crap from anyone brought up in a cosmopolitan area. My luo friends are honourable, respectable, dignified Kenyans who really helped me career wise and also personally.

Of course there are exceptions.I too have very honourable friends from that community. This refers to the goons.

Meanwhile,In this very republik there is a whole thread NOT POST titled "......these people."What or who does it talk about? How come you have never found it villagish or offensive?Make reality your friend.

Sorry my sister, but in this case you are wrong.

There can be no excuse for ethnic jingoism, no matter who else is practicing it. Judging a whole community on the basis of a few suspect examples, as you and others are doing here, is wrong.

Yes there are many who regularly stoop to this gutter level, even here on Wazua. But surely you have not joined them, have you?

What I have loved most about the elections 2017 is that people have come out in their true colours. Those of us who have always wondered about Nazism and its disastrous consequences do not have to worry anymore. A case study is unfolding right before our eyes.

It started as support for Uhuru, then evolved to Kikuyu supremacy and now its clear. Deep hatred for our Luo brothers. And its not from some illiterate villagers. Its by well-educated and traveled people.

What scares me every day is the thought that we are closer to a cliff than we can imagine. I pray that we never have a trigger like Rwanda did when Habyarimana was killed. Because right here on this forum are people whose hearts are filled with so much hatred I shudder to imagine what they can't do.

I will never tire to denounce this bigotry. I have been called many names on the social media. "mwendia wa ruriri, gakunia, and many other kikuyu words for traitor.

My response is always the same. "Kiria ruriri ruraheaga, reke runyendagirie" Whatever the tribe was giving me let them sell to me now.

@FRM2011, Savages will always pick themselves up after they get to their lowest ebb. All the bigotry will go once the hatters disintegrate themselves naturally.

I know I have never insulted anyone,so I can post this without fear and say that
as usual,I find these long self righteous threads pretentious.
Would you say that Luos spew hatred towards kikuyus?.Look,Kenyans on both sides of the political divide go after each other's jugular on a daily basis. So unless we are ready condemn all forms of bigotr;not only when directed to our various political cocoons, they remain mere words,so please spare us the unnecessary lectures.

I see it differently, I used to think that these divisions are dangerous but now I think they are healthy. Anything else would be pretentious.
Even in advanced democracies, there are differences. Look at Brexit where majority of the Britons are one ethnic yet the vote was divided into half. But it's not about voting but about our uniqueness. Luos, Kikuyus, Luhyas, Coasterians, etc have their unique ways and beliefs, customs, etc, I may not agree with most of the ways but wouldn't they be living fake lives otherwise? So let's keep doing what we do and at the end of the day maybe our differences are the country's hidden gem.

BBI will solve it

True we are unique as communities and even as individuals. But as we continue to mingle and interact with one another we tone down on our extremes and live in harmony with one another.

That is why we do things the same way in an office set up where we are mixed communities. My uniqueness and acts therein should not affect the other person.

So acts of hooliganism cannot be allowed in this day and age.I have no intention of being politically correct.Let uncivil deeds be called out.

Wazua admin I know that Wazua has become the 45 Jubilee county but surely. Why allow such posts.

FullyKenyan has just spoken like Adolf Hitler. He has condemned a whole tribe because of one story which may not be true.

When a grown up person can say a whole tribe's DNA is one of killers, that's where we part ways with wazua. This is tribal and actually against all human morals.

I also know of a story. A bunch of young men used to go around villages cutting off people's heads. They would then take snuff and steal all the money from hardworking Kenyans.

Should I also say on wazua that all Kikuyus are Mungiki? What kind of nonsense is this that's being allowed on wazua? You remove Swenanis beautiful woman but accept a wholly racist and tribal post. Not one, not two but a series of them. Where is that thread about the Rwanda genocide and how it came to be?

Sorry but I tend to believe that people should be judged by who they are but this place has become a tribal cocoon. I make my peace and let those that want to continue, waendelee. You should be ashamed. The hate of Raila is one thing. The profiling of millions of Kenyans because you think yours is better is childish and honestly stupid.

I think that's it for me on wazua. I don't associate with racists of whatever shape or form. No wonder a huge chunck of wazuans left and don't bother commenting anymore. Only the tribal warlords have been left.

@Alma you are a fuacking idiot. Aren't you the same guy who has profiled a whole community of kenyans who you call "uthamaki-worshiping good-for-nothing kameme listeners"? So you are happy profiling a group of kenyans just because of their origin and political views but are extremely angered to see other forum members copy what you have done? You cant pretend to have love for your neighbour while your heart is full of hate for your own brother. Your heart should either be filled with love for all humanity or have none at all, hakuna nusu nusu. Peleka your hypocrisy huko mbali. #shindwe. Can you start by apologizing to those you call kameme listeners?

Now this reminds me .....let me go through @mawinder's "these people" thread to see if you have rebuked those hate mongers or asked admin to pull down that thread?

Also when things go haywire "those people" won't want to know that @alma and @from2011 are the "good okuyos". We saw it all in 2008.

I am all for diversity,we are not a homogenous group.
I am against people who are silent when hatred is spewed towards sections of society, but pretend to lecture others when they think they have erred. It just shows lack of consistency and hypocrisy

At least 28 houses have been burnt down in Kaloleni Estate, Kisumu County, by a group of suspected boda boda operators.

Only a kangaroo court would declare that an election was not conducted as per the constitution and then send it's officers to swear individuals elected via the same election.
