It seems the newly constituted county Governments have inherited a bloated county workforce and largely permeated by ghost workers and former regimes sympathisers. However, to purge the workforce without creating anxiety, and victimisation, a neutral indepedent professional human resource auditor should lead the process. Otherwise vendetta and trading on workforce will also be perpetrated by the incoming regimes to massage their mounting egos and eager to sack anybody to create positions for their cronies.
This will definitely result in technical and firely court causes that will be of no better cause for both the counties and the workforce. So, those linning up other tribes for sacking, they also did not vote for the elected governments? Talking for a brother and sister in distress.
Also its so disturbing to learn that few individuals overnight have become masters of office procedures that they are ready to shower upon workers and use them as tools of justifying their desparate measures. Too bad for counties cohesion and progress.
